April 9th, 2019 BuzzMagazine reports of the final meeting day of the UN Educational Panel in Hong Kong. A new UN world education program has just been accepted by the U.S., China, Europe and Russia after three days of emotional discussions. The UN Educational Panel has just accepted a new proposal in which it would design, build and roll out an array of Massive Multiplayer Educational Games (MMEG) that will replace the until now nationally produced school books in all member states of the U.N. The proponants argue that the currently used school books are outdated, since they mostly focus on memorizing things, whereas today this skill was getting less and less nesseccary as average desktop computers could provide you with any required data in a mater of seconds. The MMGE would provide a virtual world, realistically simulating the laws of physics and chemistry in which children from all nations of the World would colaborate in a much more creative way to learn the sciences, communicate and thus learn the language and help eachother at learning. Nations that opposed this plan were India, Africa and South America, arguing that since their population didn't have widespread access to computers that could run this game, they would be basically cut off, of world education. The national teacher's association of Europe is also strongly opposing this plan, saying that they would basically be reduced to "Game-observers" and could be exploited by the students who would understand a lot more about current technology.
