    The Quarantine and Power Struggle superthreats are damaging the food web, and exacerbating The  Ravenous Superthreat.

    We need to grow food in excess of local need. This food can be traded to locals or when it would go bad, turn it into alchohol. Alchohol can be used to generate electricty and can be stored indefinately.

    This will Stabalize Local Economies in terms of food and local energy production, and create a defacto standard biofuel.

    Wheat can grow wildly, and survives a large amount of different environmental conditions. It's also easy to turn into alchohol and into food, making it our basic feedstock, but as most anything with sugar can be turned into alchohol, so locally favored foods can also be used.

    1. This will localize and mintuerize the food web.
    2. Create Local jobs, steady work
    3. Can be spread Virally by Migrants
    4. This makes energy reserves feasable
    5. Also creates a defacto energy standard. (Alcohol / Ethanol)

    • Create a succinct outline in the most read languages (English, French, Spanish, Portugese, Han Chinese, Russian, among others) for sustainable food and water self-sufficiency. This outline must operate within the local context, taking full acount of cultural and economic needs, as well as local flora and fauna. This outline should breach national boundaries.

       Instead of turning food from proudctive land into fuel (i.e. see the ravenous storyline) how about gathering waste food, and non-edible plant matter for fuel conversion.
