    If we value skills and talents such as longbroading, mobbability, protovation, influency, emergensight, etc, it would be very helpful for those who are strong in those areas to get together and delineate a collection of how, ie, protovation occurs. What skills, traits, or background are needed for a SEHI to have this power? When we create a list of how various SEHIs have demonstrated superior Emergensight, we might see patterns for how we can enable the development of these skills in education systems.

    When we develop the multitude as forward-thinking leaders, with advocacy and passion for what they bring to the table, we might be able to disband hierarchical systems of leadership to truly experience extreme collaboration.
